I’m Lauren. Thanks for stopping by. I like to post about beautiful things that I find in my everyday world, life as it unfolds in front of me, and things that get me going. The picture above is of me (many) years ago. Does anyone else feel weird taking a picture of themselves?
This is where I live, where I work, where I spend time with my family:
I’m married to John, and he has lovely eyes and a good heart. We have been married since 2005, and like to sleep with our feet touching at night.
John and I had a daughter, Georgia Ann, in 2008. She is the happiest and craziest part of my life. Her nickname, and the inspiration for this blog, is Fritz.
We had a perfect little boy in December of 2011 who looks curiously happy at most points during the day. His name is Henry Winn.
I am trained in Graphic Design, and have worked in the paper and printing industries, as a Graphic Designer, and as an Art Director. Right now, I’m working on freelance projects here and there, keeping up with small people, and figuring out the best things about my life. I love typography, blogging, unexpected things, the first sip of wine, and my family. I dislike repetitive noises, science fiction films, and animals dressed in people clothes.

I still cant get over how much Georgia looks JUST like you when you were little!! Love that you posted a pic of your younger years- you can really see how much she is your mini-me.
