There are two members of our family that are not in need of a haircut:

An there are two members that are most definately in need of a haircut:

It was Georgia’s turn to go first, because I am tired of having the “hair clip/hair band/rubber band/I’m going to shave your head” battle everyday. I made an appointment at Lucky Lu’s for her to have a cut with Lacey, and had to promise to get either feathers or purple hair extensions if she agreed to go.

I found this picture on Pacing The Panic Room, and think it is the sweetest little cut for curly hair.

Note: I did NOT show this example to Georgia prior to going to the salon as any reference to a non-siren hair model evokes tantrums of epic proportions. I did sneak my photograph to Lacey between shampooing and clipping, and was later informed that Georgia told her “not like that picture my mom has. I want to look like Ariel”. To which I replied: “don’t bite the hand that feeds you, Lacey”.

It was a really fun afternoon, and Georgia says she loves it that her hair isn’t in her eyes. Although she is not currently brushing the entire right side of her head {so as not to disturb the purple clip-on extension} from the left side she looks super cute.

I adore her new cut! It is perfectly sweet and innocent for one sassy little girl :) . Great job, Momma! A new style for you too, or just a trim???

Thanks, Kim! It is so much better out of her face! I WISH she would sport a clip like Ellie…no go, though. More to come on my wig soon!
