While Georgia and I were in Virginia, we ate more than our fill of sweet, sweet Summer fruit. Is there anything better? I love that fruits and veggies don’t need any help this time of year. Throw them on a plate, maybe dress them with a little olive oil or fresh whipped cream, and you can taste heaven.

Here are some pictures from an afternoon of blackberry picking. Happy Thursday, y’all!

That is probably the main thing I miss about VIrginia – well two things, proximity to the beach and the best fresh fruits and veggies. Particularly the tomatoes. NOTHING like a HAnover tomato to be found her in Colorado. We DO have good peaches out here though:)
